Founder & Managing Director
Justin Tan is the Founder of Evolutio Consulting. He has led a range of digital and AI transformation programmes and is passionate about helping to democratise AI. Justin is a thought leader on AI and is the editor of New World Navigator, a publication that explores topics at the intersection of Strategy and AI. He has an MBA from INSEAD, has previously been a consultant at Kearney, a strategy consultancy, and has held senior roles in both multinationals and start-ups.

Henrik Nordmark has 20+ years in the field of data science and AI and spent the last 10+ years advising C-suite leaders in global companies on these topics. Henrik is a public speaker on the transformative potential of and was one of the authors behind the Good Data Guide. He is also a member of the London-based Data Ethics Advisory Board and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Essex, where he guest lectures and collaborates on new data science research.
